The Midtown Neighborhood Alliance (MNA) is a grassroots, resident-led organization founded in 2017 to serve and uplift the Midtown neighborhood of Milwaukee.

We are rooted in the community. Our leadership and volunteers live here, work here, and are working every day to create a thriving, safe, and unified neighborhood.

Midtown is home to 6 schools, 2 parks, numerous churches, nonprofits, and small businesses—a dynamic and diverse ecosystem of people and places. We believe that every one of these institutions holds the potential to strengthen the heart of our city.

We are committed to racial equity, self-determination, and place-based power. Our team is 85% Black and Brown and fully dedicated to building from within, honoring the rich cultural legacy of Midtown while creating new opportunities for growth, creativity, and collective well-being.
